According to a study by American researchers, it has been found that adults who drink at least four glasses of water per day feel more full, do not feel the need to consume unhealthy food and have more energy.

Surprisingly, the study found that obese and overweight people were drinking lots of liquids… but not what they should, that is, all-day water, but carbonated soft drinks full of sugar and additives that can contribute to depositing kilograms.
